Selection Criteria
Three selection factors are used to determine which PGP applicants advance to the AWT and PI rounds. The ultimate decision is then made based on the applicant’s application rating score, CAT performance, and AWT & PI performance. CAT 2022 Results: Both the sectional and the overall CAT cut-off are taken into account by IIM Ahmedabad. For the next step, only candidates who have achieved the minimum cut-off in each section will be taken into consideration.

PGP-FABM Selection Criteria
• For the purpose of shortlisting PGP-FABM candidates for AWT and PI, the CAT score will be given 65% of the weight, while the Application Rating Score would receive 35% of the weight.
• Given that PGP-FABM is a sector-specific program, consideration will be given to applicants who have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field linked to agriculture.
• The final selection will give the AWT 10% weight, the PI 40% weight, and the composite score 50% weight.

IIM A PLACEMENTS
The IIM Ahmedabad 2023 Placements have finished. The placement procedure was divided into two steps. In the first stage of the hiring process, companies offered mid-level managerial positions to individuals with prior work experience under the laterals approach. 36 organizations representing a range of sectors, including banking, consulting, analytics, technology, and finance, participated. In total, 188 organizations participated in the placement campaign, with Emaar providing the greatest compensation package of INR 1.15 Crores. The highest domestic package for the class of 2022 was reported by IIM Ahmedabad placements to be INR 61.49 LPA, and the highest international package was reported to be US $140,599; the average domestic package for both groups was INR 32.8 LPA and the average overseas package was reported to be $ 108,405 for both groups.
