Eligibility criteria

  • Graduates with at least a three-year bachelor’s degree in any field and a 50% grade point average.
  • Candidates who are enrolled in their final year of the bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualifying test are also qualified to put into practice. Such candidates are required to provide a certificate from their university’s principal or registrar attesting that they received 50% or an equivalent grade based on the most recent grades or marks. The certificate and mark sheet must be submitted by October 15, 2023. The provisional admission will be automatically revoked if this requirement is not met.
  • Throughout the selection process, candidates are required to provide and keep a phone number and a valid, distinctive email account.
  • All applicants must pass the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2022 administered by the IIMs or the XAT 2023 administered by XLRI, or they must have a legitimate GMAT score, according to the LBSIM Delhi Eligibility Criteria.
  • After the results are announced, students must update their CAT/XAT score in the appropriate form.
  • In order to be eligible, candidates must be sponsored by an NRI or PIO and must sit the Graduate Management Aptitude Test (GMAT) at a location outside of India.
  • GMAT scores must be provided while applying, and GMAT test takers from India must give an attested copy of their score sheet to the admissions office for verification during the personal interview.

Dr. Pravin Gupta has clarified the criteria for shortlisting and selection, stating that “LBSIM seeks admission to the programs through a rigorous selection process that includes scores from competitive examinations like the CAT, XAT, or GMAT, followed by Group Discussion, Written Ability Test/Extempore, and Personal Interview. A panel of knowledgeable faculty members and business leaders chooses the students. This makes it possible for the Institute to choose applicants with varied educational and cultural backgrounds.

LBSIM Delhi Shortlisting Criteria

Candidates are shortlisted based on confirmed CAT/XAT/GMAT scores, prior academic success, employment experience, and other information disclosed in the application form.

Final Merit List Generation

The Institute’s Notice Board will post the results of the chosen candidates, and those results will also be uploaded to the Institute’s website.
