  3. Mark sheet or Passing Certificate for classes 10 and 12.
  4. All semester’s graduation mark sheets (including failing mark sheets, if any).
  5. If applicable, the University will issue a Degree Certificate/Passing Certificate/Provisional Passing Certificate.
  6. If applicable, a gap certificate (affidavit on stamp paper costing Rs.100/-)
  7. Domicile/Birth/Secondary School Certificate
  8. Certificate of Transfer (For Mumbai University Students)
  9. Migration Certificate (For Students Not Attending Mumbai University)
  10. A copy of your identity proof, such as your Aadhar card.
  11. Affidavit Against Ragging
  12. Certificate of Reserved Category, if any
