MICA Placements 2023 is now complete, with 100% of candidates placed. All 173 of the students who took part in the placement drive received offers from more than 70 recruiters. The highest MICA package, available in the analytics, BFSI, and consulting sectors, was INR 36 LPA. The MICA median package was INR 19 LPA, indicating an 11.11% rise over the previous year, and the average package was INR 20.09 LPA, indicating a 6% increase. With 39 offers, Analytics, BFSI & Consulting were the most popular sectors.

MICA 2024 Placement Updates

100% Placement

With an average CTC of ₹12.8L, MICA announced in April 2024 that 100% of the students in its 24th batch of the PGDM-Communications course had been placed for the final year.

Summer Internship Placements

The summer internship placement process for the 2023–2025 PGP (PGDM-C and PGDM) batch was completed and announced by MICA in February 2024.
