NMAT Exam 2022: All About the NMAT Cutoff 2022-2023

The NMAT (NMIMS Aptitude Test) is a national-level MBA entrance exam that determines eligibility for admission to the NMIMS Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore’s flagship PGDM program. The NMAT is a computer-adaptive test, meaning that the exam’s level of difficulty
changes depending on the applicant taking it and their aptitude. Candidates may take the NMAT exam offered by GMAC up to three times—once and twice. Retake attempts are permitted with a 15-day break between each attempt. Additionally, throughout the 70-day exam window, the students have the option to change the test day and time to suit their schedules.

NMAT Exam overview

• The NMAT 2023 exam will be conducted online by GMAC.
• The NMAT 2023 test window may ranges between 70 and 100 days long.
• During the allotted testing period, a candidate may sit for the exam three times, with a 15- day interval in between each try.
• The 108 questions of the NMAT Paper are divided into three sections: quantitative skills, language skills, and logical reasoning.
• Each segment will include an equal amount of questions. I.e. 36
• English will be used as the instruction language in exam.
• Students can select the components of the paper they want to tackle in what sequence.
• Moving between sections is not possible.
• The exam duration lasts for 120 minutes.
• Each part of the exam paper has its own time restriction.
• It is an online test that is computer-adaptive.
• At the conclusion of each section, students can evaluate an overview of their efforts.

Eligibility Criteria

Only applicants who adhere to GMAC policies and register for the NMAT exam in a timely manner will be permitted to take it. If you sign up for NMAT and afterwards decide against it, the application fees are not refundable. Additionally, GMAC has the right to cancel your application and withdraw your examination if any Information you submitted is discovered to be fraudulent or frivolous.

NMAT Exam Pattern

The three parts of the computer-based NMAT are Language Skills, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Skills. The entire test lasts two hours. Each part has its own time restriction. The order in which they want to tackle the exam is up to the students. The NMAT exam paper consists entirely of MCQ-style questions. English will be used as the instruction language for NMAT exam.

NMAT Registration Process

Level 1- using a legitimate email address and other personal information to register for an account on the official NMAT website.
Level 2– Open your email account, click the verification link that GMAC sent you, and the NMAT registration process will be successful.
Level 3- Enter your personal information, academic background, employment history, preferred test cities, preferred MBA program of up to five business schools that accept NMAT scores, and ID number such as Aadhaar, PAN, driving license, etc.
Level 4– Your photo and digital signature should be scanned and uploaded using the resolution (maximum 1 MB) and format (JPG/JPEG, PNG, GIF) recommended by GMAC. GMAC would not let the upload of the document if it exceeded the allowed format.
Level 5– Save and submit the information that was input above, then go on to the payment step. You would receive your “NMAT ID” after paying the fees, which would be issued by GMAC itself. Take a print out of the pages for your records. GMAT will now notify you when it is time
to schedule your exam, reserve your spot, and download your admit card. The identical information will appear on your NMAT dashboard.

NMAT CUTOFF 2022

The cut-off is the minimum score required for candidates to be considered for admission. Following the announcement of the NMAT results, the NMAT cut-off for each MBA specialization will be made public. A distinct cut-off will be made public by each participating institute. Candidates will have access to the sectional cutoff scores. Candidates that meet the cut-off will be chosen for the rest of the admissions process and will need to pass all of the participating institute’s shortlisting stages, including group discussions (GD), personal interviews (PI), and writing tests (WAT).
