SIESSBS admits students to a Postgraduate Diploma in Management based on their performance in their qualifying degree. Group Discussion: The GD evaluates three broad characteristics: communication skills, team orientation, and logical reasoning. Assessors value the use of data and examples to back up the students’ points of view.
Personal Interview: The students go through a PI in which the emphasis is on understanding the students’ personalities, orientation toward the management field, overall attitude, and general awareness.
Essay Writing: Because communication is essential in the management field, students’ communication skills, awareness of fundamental issues, and analytical ability are all evaluated through an essay written as part of the admissions process.
