Information Provided by the User
The application, website, services, or goods get the information you provide when you download and register for the application, website, services, or products. Normally, when you sign up with us, you provide us with the following details: (a) information you give us when you contact us for support; (b) transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases, respond to offers, download or use applications from us; (c) information you provide when you use the Application/Services/products, such as when participating in activities or asking questions; and (d) information you enter into our system when using those things. We will let you know if we need more information that would allow us to contact you or identify you personally (personal information).We won’t care who is using the device to access the application, website, services, or things as long as the log in/access credentials match yours. To fully utilise the Application/Website/Services/Products and guarantee that your Information is correctly recorded there, you must be logged in using your own credentials. Any time we ask for your personal information or sensitive personal information, we will always provide you the option to refuse. Additionally, while using the Application, Services, or Products, you always have the option to revoke any prior consents you may have given us to use any Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Information.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
By login into your Platform account, you can cancel your Subscription. Unless otherwise stated in the return Policy, the current subscription will continue through the end of its billing month even though we won’t renew it. There will also be a return of 50% of the amounts already paid for it. Please take into account that the cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing term. Therefore, before making any Subscription purchases, please carefully read these terms and conditions and the Refund Policy.
Even though your account may still be active on the Platform after you cancel your Subscription, Careerchoice360 reserves the right to disable access to features that were made accessible to you following your purchase of a Subscription.
Processing of Personal Information
You have expressly granted Careerchoice360 permission to take your pictures and record your voice during video conversations by creating an account with us.
We may gather certain information about You in order to operate and provide the Service and the Mobile App, including technical and telemetry data pertaining to your usage of the Mobile App. We might work with outside service providers to assist us in gathering and analysing this data. The same shall not constitute a privacy violation.
