Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University (DBUU), located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, is a premier private university established in 2005 under the Uttarakhand Uthan Samiti. Originally founded as the Dev Bhoomi Institute of Technology (DBIT), the institution evolved into a comprehensive group before receiving independent university status from the University Grants Commission (UGC). Spread over a 42-acre lush green campus in the foothills of the Himalayas, DBUU is approved by key statutory bodies including the Bar Council of India (BCI), Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), and Council of Architecture (CoA).

The university houses 12 specialized schools offering more than 120 undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs.
