What is SNAP Exam?
The Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) is a national-level MBA entrance examination conducted by Symbiosis International (Deemed University) for admission to its postgraduate management programmes. It serves as the mandatory entrance test for candidates seeking admission to MBA and other management courses offered by Symbiosis institutes across India.
Unlike CAT, XAT, or CMAT, the SNAP exam score is accepted exclusively by Symbiosis institutes. Candidates must qualify in SNAP and separately apply to their preferred Symbiosis colleges, where admission is granted based on the SNAP score followed by the institute's selection process, which may include Group Exercise (GE), Personal Interview (PI), and Written Ability Test (WAT), depending on the programme.
The examination is designed to assess a candidate's General English, Analytical & Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Ability with Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency.
