Jigyasa University

Jigyasa University, located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, is a well-established private university originally founded in 2003 by the TALEEM Research Foundation under the leadership of Dr. Subhash Chandra. Formerly known as Himgiri Zee University, the institution underwent a formal rebranding and identity transition under the Uttarakhand Private University (Amendment) Act. It is fully recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under Section 2(f) and holds a membership with the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
