FORE School of Management Placement 2024
With 152 recruiters, including 50 newcomers, the FORE (Foundation for Organizational Research and Education) School of Management (FORE School of Management) accomplished impressive placements in 2022–2023. 52 students in particular earned Pre-Placement Offers (PPO) and Interviews (PPI) out of a total of 369 students placed across courses, highlighting the school’s strong industry ties. The top three sectors were IT/ITES (34%), BFSI (27%), and MR & Consulting (17%), while the remaining 12% of proposals were in the FMNG, FMCD, and automobile sectors.
With the maximum, average, and median CTC of INR 30 LPA, INR 14.5 LPA, and INR 14 LPA, respectively, strong earning potential was visible, reiterating FORE’s dedication to student success. Leading recruiters from Airtel, Accenture, Cognizant, Care, Berger, Barclays, Asianpaints, Clear, Capegemini, Gartner, EY, Federal Bank, Collegedunia, Dell, Deloitte, Centum, BMW, HDFC Bank, etc. took part in the 2021–2023 placement process.

The class of 2021–2023 consisted of 379 students, of which 66% were female and 34% were male. The majority of the students were majoring in engineering (37%) and commerce (38%). Sixty percent of the students were first-years without any prior work experience. The remaining pupils all had prior job experience.
