Admission Process 2024

For Indian Institute of Management Jammu courses, admission is based on entrance exam scores. For the Full-time PhD program, candidates with a postgraduate degree in management from any IIM and a minimum 6.0 CGPA can apply directly without an entrance exam, proceeding straight to the personal interview if shortlisted.

step 2:Take the entrance exam required for the program you’re applying for and ensure you meet the cut-off score set by IIM Jammu.

Step 3:If you are shortlisted based on your entrance exam performance, you must attend a Personal Interview round.

Step 4:IIM Jammu will then prepare a final merit list for admission offers, considering factors like academic profile, work experience, entrance exam performance, and gender diversity.

Step 5:Upon receiving an admission offer, you must pay the acceptance fee within the given timeframe to confirm your admission.

CUT OFF

IIM Jammu Cutoff 2023 – Qualifying CAT Percentile

IIM Jammu’s MBA/PGDM program cutoffs are based on CAT scores. There are two cutoffs: the Qualifying CAT cutoff and the Final CAT cutoff. Meeting the Qualifying cutoff means you’re eligible for the next admission steps, but the Final cutoff is always higher.

For 2024 admissions, the Qualifying CAT cutoff for General category male candidates is 90 percentile overall, with sectional cutoffs at 60 percentile. These cutoffs are similar each year and also apply to other categories.
