Admission
National-level exams are used to determine admission to NSIT Delhi, which is followed by a counseling process. JEE Main scores and JAC Delhi counseling are used to select students for the university’s BTech program. There will be six rounds of counseling, and seat allocation will be based on JEE Main scores, seat availability, reservation criteria, and so on.
MBA Admission
There is now an MBA program in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Venture Development at Netaji Subhas University of Technology. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum grade point average of 60% (50% for SC/ST/PH). The results of the CAT will be used to make selections.
Eligibility criteria
- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum overall grade point average of 60% is required.
- The applicant must have taken the CAT.
Selection Criteria
- Candidates are initially selected for the MBA program at NSIT Delhi based on their performance in the CAT Entrance exam.
- Furthermore, after passing the CAT exam, a candidate must participate in the institute’s GD and PI rounds to be considered for final selection.
Scholarships and Funding
National Merit Scholarship Scheme:-
Scope:
The scholarships will be granted based on the performance in the senior secondary examination. A total of 82,000 scholarships per year (41,000 for male students and 41,000 for female students) will be awarded for undergraduate and postgraduate studies in colleges and universities, as well as for professional courses like Medical, Engineering, etc.
Eligibility:
Students who have scored above the 80th percentile among successful candidates in the relevant stream for a specific Board of Examination, in class XII of 10+2 pattern or its equivalent, and do not fall under the creamy layer as defined by the Deptt. of Personnel and Training in their Notification No. 36012/22/93-Estt. (SCT), dated 8.11.93 (Annexure IV), and as amended through their OM No. 36033/3/2004-Estt. (Res), dated 9th March 2004 (Annexure V), and any subsequent modifications, pursuing regular courses (not through correspondence or distance mode) from recognized educational institutions and not benefiting from any other scholarship scheme, will be considered eligible for this Scheme. This criterion applies to all student categories, including ‘general’ and ‘reserved’.
