XLRI Placements 2026 Conclude With Rs1.10 Crore Highest Package

XLRI The Xavier School of Management has successfully completed the final selection process for the 2024-26 cohort that comprise its famous PGDM (Business Management) and PGDM (Human Resource Management) programs. The recruitment drive was held at both Jamshedpur in Delhi and its NCR Campus. It produced impressive results in spite of the tense hiring market

576 students took part in the final year of placement. Collectively, they received 576 offers from the domestic market, as well as two international offers, which resulted in a one-to-one ratio.

Participation of 145 recruiters including 25 companies that were first-time recruiters, highlighted the continued trust of corporates in the school's graduates.
