Key recruitment highlights from SBM-NMIMS’s final placements report
52 new recruiters and 84 Fortune 500 organizations made up the final placement process for the MBA batch, which involved 148 recruiters in total. Out of all the offers that were made, the BFSI sector accounted for 35%, the consulting industry for 22%, and the IT, Pharma, Media & Telecom sectors for 15%. The Consumer Goods/Durables sector accounted for 13% of all bids, followed by startups and businesses in the E-commerce and logistics sectors at 5% and the Auto, Conglomerate, Manufacturing, Power, Oil and Gas, and 10% sectors.
Pre-placement offers (PPOs) were used to place 36% of the cohort.
