  • Candidates must pass the qualifying test in Karnataka. Both parents must have studied in Karnataka for at least seven years.
  • At least seven years of education from a recognized Karnataka government institution starting from Class I.
  • Completion of Class X or XII from a government-recognized institution in Karnataka.
  • Children of ex-servicemen residing in Karnataka after joining the Defense Service are eligible.
