Admission Process For Candidate For UPSEE Counselling Reporting
Step-1 After producing the original UPSEE Seat Allotment Letter, all students with seats assigned by UPSEE Counseling are advised to get the following from the Admission Coordinator:

Step-2 If a student is eligible for a scholarship under the rules of the Samaj Kalyan Office after completing Request Letter for Issue of Admission Application Form (Form No. 3), and if they are interested in using the Samaj Kalyan Office’s scholarship program, they are advised to contact the institute’s scholarship coordinator and submit Form No. 09 along with the necessary paperwork.
After receiving the aforementioned paperwork, the scholarship coordinator will examine it and grant the Samaj Kalyan Office-required tuition fee/scholarship relaxation.
Step 3: Students are urged to get in touch with the admission coordinator with a letter requesting the issuance of the admission form (Form No. 3), as well as a photocopy of the papers listed on the form’s reverse.
Step-4: After receiving the Admission File, the candidate is instructed to report to the waiting area, complete the Admission Form (Form No. 4), the I.D. Generation Form (Form No. 16), and provide a photocopy of each of the self-attested documents listed on the list of documents needed (Form: 2) to complete the Admission File.
Step 5: Students are urged to get in touch with the appropriate file coordinators for I.D. generation and fee deposit slips after completing all the paperwork needed for the admission file (branch-wise counter list placed in front of the room).
Step-6: Pick up the fee deposit slip from the coordinator, then deposit the academic and/or hostel fee at the accounts section.
Step 7: If students decide to live at the Institute Hostel, they should speak with the Hostel Warden at the Girls Hostel Reception (if they are female candidates) or the New Boys Hostel (if they are male candidates) to make arrangements for reserving a room.
Step 8: If students chose the institute transportation option, they are advised to speak with the transport coordinator (together with Form No. 13) to obtain a bus pass after paying the necessary costs.
Step-9: Students are advised to report to the institute according to the schedule listed on The Greater Noida Institute of Technology (GNIOT) website, www.gniotgroup.edu.in, after completing the aforementioned formalities.

GIMS Shakti Scholarship is for female students only with consistent academic performance of 55% aggregate throughout Class 10, Class 12, and Graduation, she will be eligible for a scholarship of INR 30,000 on tuition fees.
