UBS Chandigarh MBA Admission 2023

As its major, UBS Chandigarh offers a two-year full-time residential MBA program. The university also offers MBA programs in Human Resources, International Business and Business Administration. UBS Chandigarh Executive MBA Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks

• A passing score on the final examination given by

1. Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants or England or
2. Indian Institute of Cost Accountants or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants OR
3. Indian Institute of Company Secretaries OR

• A Bachelor’s Degree (55% for SC/ST/BC/PwD category) or a Diploma in Personal Management and Labour Welfare with a minimum of 60% marks

SELECTION PROCESS

UBS Chandigarh MBA Selection Process

• Candidates are chosen by UBS Chandigarh based on their CAT result. There will then be a group discussion and a personal interview. Candidates seeking admission to UBS Chandigarh’s MBA program must take the CAT, which is offered by IIMs.
• On the Common Admission Test (CAT), candidates must score at least 10% (5% for SC/ST/BC/PWD category).
• At UBS Chandigarh, the group discussion (GD) and personal interview (PI) for the selected candidates would be held. 
• Attendance at the Group Discussion and Personal Interview is required. If a candidate fails to attend any of the GD or PI sessions, his or her candidature will be revoked.
• The final merit list will be prepared category by category based on their combined aggregate score in CAT, GD, and PI.

UBS Chandigarh M.Com (H) Admission

At the postgraduate level, UBS Chandigarh offers M.Com (Hons). The program is a two-year full-time program. Candidates for M.Com (Hons) are selected based on their PUCET 2021 scores. Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) follow. The course costs INR 87,990 in total.

Application Process

The application process for University Business School Chandigarh 2021 has been completed online. The application fee is Rs 2,500 for general candidates and Rs 1,250 for SC, ST and PWD candidates. This is a step by step guide to get into University Business School Chandigarh:

Step 1: Visit the official ‘USB MBA Admission’ website.

Step 2: Register as a new user.

Step 3: Fill in the required information and login with the same link as before.

Step 4: Print the bank slip (or retrieve the account with your login id and password).

Step 5: Transfer the payment to any SBI branch along with the bank statement generated by the website.

Step 6: After 24 hours, log in and upload the scanned photo, signature, and other required information (once the category is closed, the candidate will not be able to update it).

Step 7: Print the application and submit it along with the required documents to the address listed on the application stamp.

CUT-OFFS

No candidate, whether in the General or Reserved Categories, who has received less than the requisite CAT score will be summoned for GD/PI. Despite previous trends indicating that UBS Chandigarh requires a minimum 10% sectional score, the actual UBS CAT Cut-off percentile has remained within the following range.

Every year, Chandigarh’s University Business School (UBS) receives high-profile appointments. The organization has completed the required 2,023 positions. The top salary increased by 10.22%, to 58.48 LPA. On an average, student salaries increased by 35.2% year-on-year to INR 13.72 LPA. Of the 115 students who participated, 105 were placed. About 55 recruiters participated in the recruitment drive. American Express, Tolaram, Trident, Dabur, Adani Group and Korn Ferry are among the major employers.

Chandigarh Scholarships at UBS
In support of social justice & student empowerment, UBS Chandigarh, a branch of Punjab University, provides financing through NHFDC for impoverished students with disabilities.
The program offers 250 scholarships to individuals with disabilities for PG programs at UBS.

Moreover, Government of India, State Government, U.T. The administration offers post-matric scholarships for OBC students.

India has post-secondary scholarships for students from minority communities.

SC girls whose families have an annual income of less than Rs 60,965 get an additional benefit of Rs 50 per month at undergraduate level and Rs 60 per month at post-graduate level.
