XLRI Jamshedpur Placement 2024
For all 503 students in the 2022–24 graduating class of the PGDM (BM) and Two-year PGDM (HRM) programs from both the XLRI Jamshedpur and XLRI Delhi NCR campuses, XLRI Jamshedpur has completed 100% placements. 154 recruiters in all, including 65 new recruiters, took part in XLRI Placements 2024, making 519 offers domestically and 1 offer abroad. With the market conditions being difficult, the average wage for XLRI Placements 2024 has decreased by 8.6%. With the most offers made at XLRI Placements 2024 were Accenture Strategy, Amazon, Boston Consulting Group, HCL, HUL, Ola, PwC, Reliance, and Tata Steel.
In its prestigious two-year PGDM (BM) and two-year PGDM (HRM) programs, XLRI Jamshedpur and XLRI Delhi NCR have successfully achieved 100% placements for the graduating class of 2022–2024. During the Final Recruitment Process, all 503 students received job offers. There were two stages to the placing procedure. At first, candidates with previous work experience were given preference in the Lateral Recruitment Process (LRP), which offered them positions above the entry-level. The Campus Recruitment Process (CRP) was then put into place, and candidates were evaluated without taking into account their prior work experience.
Participating organizations totaled 154, offering 519 offers from within the country and 1 from outside. Among them were 65 new recruiters. Pre-placement offers (PPOs) were given to 33.39% of the cohort, which is noteworthy and reflects the excellent work these students did during their summer internships. Candidates participated in this extensive placement effort from the campuses in Jamshedpur and Delhi NCR.

Major consulting firms such as Aon, Bain & Company, BCG, Deloitte, EY Parthenon, Kearney, KPMG, McKinsey, PwC, and Vector Consulting continued to recruit from XLRI. The rise in consulting offers highlights XLRI’s strong reputation for management excellence.
ITES, E-commerce, Gaming and Online Services
Despite IT market challenges, firms like Amazon, American Express, Atlassian, Flipkart, Genpact, HCL Technologies, PhonePe, Pine Labs, Star Disney, Tata Communications, and Tech Mahindra continued hiring for product management, analytics, and program management roles.
FMCG, Pharma, and Real Estate
FMCG giants such as HUL, ITC, P&G, Nestle, Mondelez, Asian Paints, Marico, and Colgate Palmolive participated. Pharma and real estate recruiters included Sun Pharma, Becton Dickinson, Godrej Properties, and Landmark Group.

Firms like Bajaj Auto, Shell, Tata Power, Titan, Renew Power, Vi, Airtel, and Tata Electronics hired across roles in operations, energy management, and supply chain.

Major conglomerates such as Aditya Birla Group, Bajaj Finserv, Capgemini, L&T, Mahindra, Reliance, RPG, and Tata Steel offered leadership and management trainee roles.
