Step 2: Register your XAT Account
To register for the XAT exam online, you need to register yourself on the official website (xatonline.in) and validate your Email ID. You will get a verification link in your registered email. These login ID and password will be used by you as XAT login credentials throughout the process.
Step 3: Fill out Application Form
Candidates are advised to double check their academic and personal facts while submitting the XAT exam form as any wrong information may lead to disqualification.

Marking Scheme
There is no negative marking for the first 8 questions which are unanswered. For each question following the first 8 consecutive questions, there will be a deduction of -0.10 marks. For each correct answer you get +1 mark but for each wrong response you lose -0.25 mark.

Marks obtained in the GK part of XAT are not counted for the calculation of XAT percentile and are used just for the admission process of XLRI Jamshedpur.
