- Degree of Bachelor earned from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 50 marks in aggregate (varies according to the institute)
- Students in their final year have the option of applying to be qualified to apply
- There is no age limit for appearing
- A second program-specific eligibility requirement could be required by the institutes that participate
