Selection criteria through SOIL Talent Appreciation Test (STAT)
Step 1: The admissions committee administers the STAT, a 105-minute assessment test, to candidates to evaluate their analytical skills and leadership potential. The qualifying test is required for both SOIL Gurgaon Post Graduate Programs.
Step 2: Following the assessment test, qualified candidates will be required to attend an interview with faculty and top business leaders. Candidates will be questioned about their backgrounds, goals, and how the MBA program fits with their plans during the 45-minute interview.
Step 3: Within 4 weeks following the interview, the final decision will be sent to every candidate through email.
